We regret that occasionally people decide to cancel the service.   One way to cancel is to simply stop payment.   If payment is not received within 90 days, the account will be inactivated.    If you want to affirmatively cancel your account, simply send an email to admin@mylifesmessage.com with the subject line “Cancel My Account” and we will cancel it for you.  If you cancel within 60 days of a renewal, and provide a mailing address, we will refund your most recent payment.

Q: How do I group and enter all my email addresses at once?
A:

Yahoo mail, Gmail, AOL mail, Outlook… oh my!  Throughout your lifetime you have created so many different email accounts with important information and addresses in each separate account. The time has come to consolidate all of your important email contacts.  This is a simple process that can save you a lot of time and stress. In order to consolidate, also known as bulk, your contacts’ email addresses, you will need to create a “CSV” file (which stands for comma separated values). This type of file format can be edited and manipulated through Microsoft Excel and saved to your desktop, or anywhere else in your file system.
